# Multiple Conversations

 * I’ve enabled the discussions feature which says conversations are kept and can
   be browsed in the Conversations tab – but the chatbot on my site has not updated
   at all. What other steps do I need to complete to allow the user to have multiple
   conversations?

 * If you want your users to be able to **browse their own conversation history**,
   you’ll need to add the **discussion shortcode** to the page in addition to the
   chatbot. These are **two separate elements** and need to be included individually.
