Multiple Custom Amounts

There is a hook that will let you change the dollar amounts. But that’s all you can do now. In future builds, there will be extensibility hooks that should allow you to add major changes. In addition, I’m going to mark this as a feature request for something to add to the admin UI post-4.0.
