Multiple Div's per page import

Good afternoon, thanks for the plug-in and the work gone into creating it. I am working on a project at work of converting an old html based page to a WP site. Not many pages, but each page contains multiple ‘posts’.
It appears to me that the plugin simply imports the ‘first’ <div class=”content”></div> container as a post and completes. I’ve searched the forums, but nothing popped specific to this request.
I have a number of html files, where all of the content resides within multiple <div class=”content”></div throughout the page, all within the body tag. In some cases, several hundred div’s per page.
Is there any way of looping the process to handle scenario’s such as this? Or so I work with splitting the div’s off into separate html files? Or Suggestions? Thank you in advance.
