 * I’ve installed the plugin and have created 2 forms, but only 1 will show on my
   website. – please advise?
 * I have also created tick box content but the options are not spaced out e.g. 
   Option1Option2Option3 – I need it to be Option 1 Option 2 Option 3 – please advise?
