Multiple errors, including “cannot reach your WP REST endpoints”

I have the following error at the top of my WordPress dashboard:

LiteSpeed Cache: QUIC.cloud service nodes cannot reach your WP REST endpoints. Please check your WordPress or firewall setup. Check your QUIC.cloud dashboard for more details.

Image requests appear to being made, but nothing is getting pulled since April 28, 2025. In my Quic.Cloud dashboard, I’m also getting these errors repeated many times:
- “Failed to notify WP to pick up optimized images”
- “Failed to retrieve image for optimization”
- In the VPI tab, almost all images are marked [“empty result”]
I’ve followed the advice on this page
- Steps 1 & 2 work correctly, as per that trouble shooting page
- Report sent: ZUBWAKIP
- I’ve enabled debug log.
Edited to add: I have whitelisted Quic.Cloud IPs and service name in Wordfence, and also added the IPs to Cloudflare.

Hi @litetim: that’s the same post I’d linked to in my first message. I’ve followed the troubleshooting steps and listed the results in my post above. Or do you mean I have to rollback the plugin?

please try this

put

litespeed_type=activate
rest_route=/litespeed/
```
into debug include URI , then clean up any existing log , try to connect again

then share the log again

Hi @qtwrk, I have pasted the log again.

I checked my server IP and found the generated address in the plugin was wrong. I’ve updated it, and was able to make a manual pull request. On the Quic.cloud dashboard, VPI queue is still returning the “[’empty result’]” message.

I looked at page , the view port image is not being lazyloaded, could you please check in post meta data/box , see what in it ?

Yes, it’s “empty result” in WordPress posts metabox. I’m seeing that issue consistently across recently updated posts. In the Quic.Cloud dashboard > VPI, the URL shows up again but with [“empty result”].

Please can you blank out the url you’ve pasted above @qtwrk?

do you have more sample link ? because that 1980-themes-theory page, the view port image is not being lazyloaded, so it won’t generate any VPI at all
