    I just updated an event to SOLD OUT status by lowering the max number of tickets sold to match what has already been reserved. However, I am now getting multiple emails to me (as admin) that the EVENT is sold out – around 30 emails have been issued to the admin. Is there a setting that I am missing that needs to be changed? I don’t remember this issue happening before. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

    Here is an example of the email that keeps being generated:

    SOLD OUT “Frozen, Jr.” – 11/24/19 has sold out. Ticket sales are now closed.

    No, I wasn’t. I found out just this morning that I hadn’t done an update and updated it this morning. It seems to have stopped the emails. I apologize for th inconvenience and thank you for your response.

    That’s my first guess when somebody reports an issue I recently fixed. Not a problem! 🙂
