 * I created my form, and selected the placement but now there are 6 boxes all over
   my homepage.

 * Hi tomisore,
 * the plugin adds an optin form at the end of every post’s content. The only way
   you can end up with 6 boxes on your homepage, is if your homepage displays full
   post content.
 * You can prevent this by using the More tag.
 * I understand it’s not ideal, but the new version of the plugin should fix your
   problem. It’s coming soon!

 * Hi tomisore,
 * the new version allows you to control where the form will be placed. Instead 
   of using the automatic placement, you can use the shortcode to add it to any 
   post or page of your choice:
 * `[optinform]`
