 * this seems like such a basic question but I’ve been over and over the help and
   can’t see it so apologies but… how do I create new forms?

 * Gah! I knew that was going to happen. As soon as I posted this I found a link
   on Google that explained it. It’s up in the header not on the main page which
   is why I missed it.
