# Multiple forms on the same page

 * Hi,
 * **I use multiple forms [shortcodes] on the same page.**
 * I have one in the footer loaded on every pages,
    and on one particular page I
   need to use an additional form with different setup.
 * **My problem is, it doesn’t matter which form you use for sending a msg, both
   will fire its msg, sending 2 emails.**
    It is like, if you are using both forms
   at the same time, so the admin cannot decide which one was actually used.
 * Do you know any solution for this?

 * Yes, that’s because the shortcode / form has no unique ID.
    But you can use the
   widget of my plugin for the one in the footer?
