 * Please let me know if I can use this plugin to create a backend wordpress form
   that allows editors to upload multiple image files and enter captions against
   each one?

 * Yes, it should be wholly possible to do that with a repeater group of a file 
   upload field and a text field. You’ll definitely want to review the wiki and 
   example code found at [https://github.com/CMB2/CMB2/wiki](https://github.com/CMB2/CMB2/wiki)
   for some starter documentation. On top of that, we actively monitor the forum
   here to help where possible.
