Multiple inventory for same product

I checked the plugin
My Requirement :

✔ Separate inventory should be maintained for pickup [ who picked up from shops ] and Shipping orders [ which we will deliver].

Here at the plugin, there are functionality,

✔ Manage Products stock across multiple locations, Warehouses, or Stores.

Can you please provide me more information about this point or any screenshot of the backend where I can see how I can manage it?

Also, if I will buy this plugin and it has no functionality as I want, can we have a guarantee for money back?
