# Multiple Issues

 * Multiple issues. Have tried disabling plugins. There is no plugin confilct. Different
   problems show up across different devices.
    1. Changes to customizer for footer mobile and header mobile will not save.
    2. Header logo is a box on some desktop devices.

   Maybe it is cache related? Have you tried to clear it? The site cache, server
   cache, as well as CDN cache if you use it?
 * **2) Header logo is a box on some desktop devices.**
    I don’t get you on this
   one. Could you please share a [screenshot](https://wordpress.org/support/forum-user-guide/faq/#can-i-include-screenshots-or-videos),
   showing what you meant by “_Header logo is a box_“?
