 * Hey, I’m a licensed Pro user on Version 1.1.6.
 * I’m seeing multiple issues:
    * Duplicate records getting created in IFS (no SearchResponse
   inquiry) * Affiliate tracking not working correctly, IFS “sales_affilate_id” 
   field not being set * Backend search by email not working in GF/IFS logs
 * I have filed multiple tickets with your support on your website, but the responses
   have not been that useful.
 * The issues I’m seeing are rather significant, and my deadline to make a decision
   on if this plug-in is going to work for my project is now. Can you please step
   up the support on this?

 * Don’t worry about it. I’ve already removed the plug-in from my project. I do 
   not believe it works as advertised. I also found the documentation and support
   to be insufficient.

   I would have read this sooner. Sadly it is to late for us to get a refund after
   spending to much time trying to make their netsuite plugin work. (not the same
   plugin as yours, just the same service)
