 * Is there any way we can have a quantity field, or an add to cart option so they
   can buy everything with one transaction?
 * My client is selling CDs and if someone wants 2 or more items, they need to do
   that many separate transactions. Not so user friendly. Also a way to put in a
   shipping charge and tax amount would be good.
