 * Sorry if I missed this, but is there a way to have a top bar with just HTML or
   PHP code within. Use case: Want to add a bar with multiple links (example):

   | [Visit Site 2](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/multiple-links-1/?output_format=md)

 * It would also help to be able to insert a WordPress menu into the bar. Maybe 
   using PHP to call a specific menu?

 * Sorry for the lag, I was out of the country and had very limited internet access.
 * Yes, you can do this. Look at the PHP tab and see the sample code. You can use
   that to create the TopBar like you describe.
