 * Hello,
 * Two questions please:
 * 1.How does it dectect anonymous user on site when the user first access site 
   page? by IP?
 * 2. Mulitiple message supported for differenct shipping zone?
    Here is example
   that I just want multiple message bars: 1.To German: 50 US dollar minimum order
   for free shipping. 2.To US, 100 US dollar minimum order for free shipping. 3.
   To India, 140 US dollar minimum order for free shipping. Does it work in this
   way?
