Multiple Meta Description Tags Found

    Hi everyone,

    I am using WordPress SEO plugin by Yoast on my blog Blog Aspire.

    When I search on google for blog aspire every time the meta description of my website is replaced by the meta description of the latest post published on my blog. What’s the reason behind that? How can get rid of this show the proper meta description which I have created for my website.

    Another issue is that when I checked the site in moz bar it shows that the site has multiple meta description tag. How can I remove that?

    Hi Rahul,

    Have you checked your Theme? I use a ProPhoto theme and it has a setting for SEO, whereas I use Yoast as well. I Googled Multiple Meta Description and found your post when I decided to double check the actual theme. I’m hoping turning off the SEO setting in my theme settles the problem of multiple meta descriptions in Bing Webmaster Tools.
    I’ll keep you posted. 🙂
