 * Hi!
    I am searching for the following Plugin:
 * I want to receive Feedback from my guests and so I search for a Form or quiz-
   Plugin that shows each question on a new page (different from contact form 7).
   
   You answer question 1 – next page. You type in your e-mail-address – next page.
 * And perfectly I would receive all the answers via e-mail (different from WP-Pro-
   Quiz).
    Perfectly II I would be able to change the Answers, give them a code (
   for example: yes would be a “1” in the e-mail) to use them in SPSS. Perfectly
   III: the answer would be sent as a CSV-attachment.
 * I know, wishful thinking.
 * Anyway thanks for your kind help in advance!

   If none suits you, you may have to go for a custom-coded plugin for which you
   may need to hire someone if you can’t do it yourself.

   tool.
