# Multiple Problems

 * Hello!!!
 * Until the last version, 2.5.1 everything worked perfectly, but with the new version
   everything has been screwed up.
    The articles are synchronized, the facebook 
   shop recognizes the articles, but: 1.- Some products are badly synchronized, 
   without photos. 2.- The products that do have photos, the facebook shop does 
   not show the photos and therefore does not show the products…. 3.- The products
   do not connect to the channels, neither to the shop (it does not show them in
   the shop) nor to the dynamic ads channel (they cannot be used for advertising).
 * I do not know how to get the screenshots I have to show you the problems described.
   I have also been talking to facebook advertising, I have the conversation if 
   needed, and he told me that it is a problem of pluging that is malfunctioning.
 * I need help.

 * `Hello!!!
 * I finally got desperate and deleted everything, facebook and instagram shop, 
   deleted product catalog and I have put everything new. uninstall the plugin, 
   delete it, empty the cache, turn off the computer and I am currently waiting 
   for facebook to approve the products.
    3 hours later it did it all again, I installed
   the plugin, created a new product catalogue and linked it to facebook, almost
   all the products uploaded well, except 1 that was uploaded without images. I 
   am currently waiting for facebook to approve the products. Even so I send you
   the screenshot in case someone has something similar and can correct the problem.

 * I have created the account at wooCommerce.com as you told me but here i found
   2 problems:
    1.- inside my account everytime i try start support, dont let me

   2.- i cant see my dasboard of my web page my domain is at hostinger and mymplace

    casi todos mis productos
   han sido reconocidos en Facebook, pero en algunos las fotos no se han transferido.
   Yo tengo productos que tienen 3 variedades y solo se muestra 1 foto o 2 fotos,
