 * Hi,
 * First of all, thanks for this great plugin.
    When someone star rate in a specific
   page, another person could not vote. only 1 person can vote(from different ips).
   This is happening in the last 2 days, before that everything was fine.
 * I did not use any cache plugin and already tried to uninstall, install and then
   activate. This is happening after i use some time this plugin

 * I don’t see how can that happen. Sometimes their outgoing IP is the same because
   they are on the same transparent proxy.
