 * hi, there are 3 red remove Xs on each product, then 2 Xs in the checkout. how
   do i get rid of the extras?

 * I cannot identify why this problem happening.
    It need more deep debug on your
   environment, i’ll recommend to start inspecting/debugging these files:
 * templates/checkout-product.php
    templates/checkout-product-qty.php
