 * By combining this plugin with the Business Profile plugin ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/business-profile/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/business-profile/)),
   you can enable the ability for people to select from multiple locations when 
   making a booking. However, you cannot create a separate, unique booking form 
   for each location.
