    Hello

I am using WP Mail SMTP Pro on my site. My site contains forms created with the Contact Form 7 plugin. I configured WP Mail SMTP with a sending email address ([email protected]).
The forms on my site use different addresses for the senders fields, but when people receive the confirmation email, the address associated with WP Mail SMTP appears ([email protected]) and not the one that is configured on the form. Is there a way to change this in WP Mail SMTP settings?

  • Hi @freddela,

Thanks for reaching out. Please check if you have checked ‘Force From Email’ in the WP Mail SMTP settings, or if you’re configuring mailers such as Gmail, Outlook etc. the sender’s emails will be set to the account you’ve authorized. If you want to send emails from different email addresses, you might want to checkout SMTP.com, Sendinblue, Mailgun etc. and authenticate your domain so that you can send emails from your domain specific email address such as [email protected], [email protected] etc. Here’s our documentationon setting up each of the available mailers.

    I hope this helps!

Hi @freddela – We haven’t heard from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this ticket resolved. If you still have questions, though, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.
