    Since you are referencing the pro version – can you please submit a support request via the form on the license page of the plugin.

    These forums are for free users, so I can’t provide support to the premium users here. Additionally, you can reach out to us via the contact form on our site – with the license key associated with your product and the issue that you are facing.

    Ideally you should be submitting it through the form on the license page, as this will go directly into our ticketing system.

    Edit: It also looks like you are running an older version of Timeline Express Pro. We are currently up to 1.2.6.x. It looks like you have 1.2.3 installed.
