# Multiple timelines not having correct format

 * Hello, A client of mine is using Timeline express pro. The reason to buy the 
   pro version is to add multiple timelines.

 * You can see multiple timelines are added but only first timeline appears to have
   correct format. The others appear to have the “right” classes or alignment only.
 * Can you help what’s wrong?

 * Since you are referencing the pro version – can you please submit a support request
   via the form on the license page of the plugin.
 * These forums are for free users, so I can’t provide support to the premium users
   here. Additionally, you can reach out to us via the contact form on our site –
   with the license key associated with your product and the issue that you are 
   facing.
 * Ideally you should be submitting it through the form on the license page, as 
   this will go directly into our ticketing system.
 * Edit: It also looks like you are running an older version of Timeline Express
   Pro. We are currently up to 1.2.6.x. It looks like you have 1.2.3 installed.
