# Multiple Unique Custom E-mails

 * Hi!
 * We are wanting to create unique custom confirmation e-mails that that are tailored
   to the event that the person buys tickets or RSVPs for. We have Tickets Plus 
   and the Event Tickets Extension: Ticket E-mail Settings.
 * I haven’t been able to figure out how to do this. Does anyone have any ideas?

   leading up to an event and just purchased this add-on to accomplish that task:

   good question. Yes, as [@olivmich](https://wordpress.org/support/users/olivmich/)

 * Moreover, you could customize the email template via a [template override](https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/customizing-template-files-2/).
   Override this template `src/views/tickets/email.php` in your own theme by creating
   a file at `[your-child-theme]/tribe-events/tickets/email.php`. This is only one
   template and you can’t use multiple templates for the emails.

 * thanks for the reply. It sounds like if we have a paid subscription, we should
   open a support ticket for questions related to Calendar or Tickets…is that right?
 * It also sounds like there isn’t a built-in way in Tickets or Tickets Plus to 
   have unique e-mails for different events and that Promoter might meet this need,
   yes?
 * I will look into the other suggestions you had as well.
