 * Wondering is this plugin does this. ( firstly in Free plugin)
   1. Allow a user
   to log in and create their own listing. Then submit for approval.2. Allow a user
   to edit their own listing and have it submitted so it can be approved3. Allow
   Admin to approve or turn off a listing4 Allow “reviews’ to be shown to others
   in the display of a listing and wait for approval.Thanks
