Multiple values per custom field

    Hello –

    I created a form in Mailchimp which contains 2 custom fields. Those are “Order Number” and “Product Purchased”.

    The purpose of my form is a warranty registration. When a customer visits my site, they can input their First, Last, Email etc. They are also prompted to select a product they purchased from a list. Based on their choice, they get split into groups.

    The problem I have is with the “Order Number” field. If a customer comes back to register their second or third purchase, since they are already subscribed, their prior Order Number gets overwritten with a new one.

    Cliffs: Is it possible not to overwrite a returning customer’s Order ID when registering for second time? Rather, add the second order number to the existing field.

    I can only help with forms created in our plugin, not with forms that are created in MailChimp itself.
