Multiple widget in one sidebar widget box

    In the theme Discover, I am trying to create a Travel Booking widget box, which will have 3-5 widget in it. It should appear like the left hand sidebar in the below link, where I click on an option (preferably colored) and a drop down appears (‘Dashboard’ like in the image). Could someone kindly help me with the coding.

    Imp: The selection of the drop down should not alter any other dimensions on the page.
