 * Boy, this new WordPress version is the buggiest yet.
 * Here are a list of problems I’ve encountered:
 * 1. Upload image button in the editor is not working.
    2. Cannot toggle between
   VISUAL/HTML in editor. 3. Cannot add “Excerpt” function in editor using “Screen
   options.” Despite clicking it, the editor window does not show up.
 * I have uninstalled plugins to no effect.

 * Additonal problem:
 * 4. Despite updating a post, autosave keeps trying to refer to older version of
   post.

 * Try adding `define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );` to the bottom of your wp-
   config.php file (just before the `require_once` line).

 * That did seem to work – strange. I have an identical site that did not require
   this additional change.
 * One weird side effect: Whenever I attempt to move the Excerpt window in the editor,
   it doesn’t move – instead, it creates multiple excerpt windows.

 * **Hallelujah!** Thanks esmi
    Have just followed your advice above and my 3.5
   is working – looks to be working fine throughout!

 * Yes esmi’s solution does mitigate the issue, but doesn’t solve it.

 * Yes I spoke a bit too soon. I’m now agreeing with kOnsl
 * Here’s my history. Since the 3.5 install today I’ve had problems with:
    Quick
   Edit, Edit Permalink, Going to Text view, Insert/Edit Link, Add Media link not
   working, Help not working, Screen options not working.
 * Since adding in **define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false );**
    Quick Edit now works,
   Going to Text view works, Insert/Edit Link almost works – see below, Add Media
   link works, Help is working, Screen options are working.
 * Adding a link into a post – Need to click twice on Insert/Edit link
    On second
   click screen becomes tinted. Form then occurs down at the bottom left of screen.
   The form works for the most part. The **Cancel** button doesn’t work. The **Add
   Link** button works but leaves the screen in tinted presentation. Although the
   link has been placed I can only access the post by navigating away and opening
   it again – with autosave the link has been saved. So it is right around the houses
   on this bit.

 * As per the [Forum Welcome](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Where_To_Post),
   please [post your own topic](http://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting#postform).
   Your problem – despite any similarity in symptoms – is likely to be completely
   different.
