 * I cannot get the plugin to work on sub-sites in a multi-site install.

 * I am having the same problem. I’ve tried creating keys for the main site and 
   the subsite, neither work. Trying to use in conjunction with Gravity Forms, but
   doesn’t work on comments either… it just doesn’t show up.

 * I am so, so sorry for the inexcusable delay in responding to your support requests.
   We did not realize that WordPress created its own separate support section for
   each plugin. If you still need help, please let me know!
