 * If this plugin is installed within a multisite, will it only access the users
   for export that are associated with the site it is being used within? Or will
   it access the users right across the multisite?

 * Only the users associated with the site that’s running the export will be exported.
   WP All Export works on a per-site basis in a multisite network.
