That is not possible by default.

What you could do is write a filter on the ‘gwolle_gb_entry_save’ hook. You can use the switch_to_blog function to switch to different blogs and save that same entry in another network site.
This does require custom coding.

Also, it might be bad for SEO< since you have duplicate content on different websites.
