# Multisite – image was hotlinked

 * Hi !
 * I have a “this image was hotlinked” issue. On the main site it works no problem,
   but on all my “aliases” I can no longer import images it gives me this “warning”
   every time whatever the type of image ( jpg, png, webp, svg ..) and there are
   some images that have changed to “this image was hotlinked” for example: ( bottom
   of page)
 * it happened … so all my plugins are OK I’ve deactivated etc nothing changes (
   and I don’t have many plugins, elementor pro, wp rocket and defender) the htaccess
   file is OK …
 * If anyone has a solution .

 * The ban on hotlinking is not a function provided by WordPress. I suspect it is
   related to a plugin you are using. Try deactivating all of them. If it then works,
   activate them again individually until it no longer works.
 * If that doesn’t help, check whether you have an .htaccess in the `/wp-contents/
   uploads/` directory. This could possibly be responsible for this.

 * thanks for reply. I already try to desactivate all plugin one by one and reactivate,
   no works.
 * .htaccess in the upload directory ? Right I’m going to check it and come back
