# [Simple Retail Menus Plugin] – multisite

 * plugin is not working with a subsite of a multisite installation
 * when adding a menu on a subsite it takes you to the root site

 * I didn’t write the plugin with multisite use in mind. I’ll see if I can figure
   out where things are going wrong though. It probably has to do with the plugin
   page location being different in a multisite install compared to a single site
   install. Can you tell me the address to the Retail Menu page? For instance, on
   a single site its:
 * [http://[domain]/%5Bwordpress](http://[domain]/%5Bwordpress) directory]/wp-admin/
   admin.php?page=jsrm-retail-menus
 * Is the path different in your case?

 * While looking into this problem I found that the form action I was using in the
   Add New Menu form was slightly incorrect. I updated it and just submitted version
   1.0.1 to the WordPress repository. I can’t say for sure if this will fix the 
   problem you are having in the multisite installation, but I think it might, Please
   let me know if you try it and it works (or doesn’t work).

 * thanks for looking into this – I can imagine some good applications using this
   plugin on mulitsite. e.g. consortiums of restaurants
 * The address of the retail menu page on my “subdirectory” multisite installation
   is
    [http://domain/wordpress](http://domain/wordpress) directory]/[subsite]/wp-
   admin/admin.php?page=jsrm-retail-menus
 * or more specifically
    [http://phylliserckplugins.net/simple-retail-menus/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jsrm-retail-menus](http://phylliserckplugins.net/simple-retail-menus/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jsrm-retail-menus)
 * If you’d like to try this out for yourself on my multisite installation, register
   on my site and I’ll make you and administrator on the sub-site.
 * with the change you made in v 1.0.1 the Add New Menu link goes to
