# Multisite adding a new website issue

 * Hello / **Please help**
 * I’ve xyz.com (as the main website)
 * Under which i’ve created xyz.com/site1/ using multisite, with all the steps mentioned
   by WordPress has been taken care of.
 * Now after 4~6 months i tried adding xyz.com/site2/ its adding correctly without
   any error on screen but when i try to open dashboard or do anything on the xyz.
   com/site2 nothing works
 * the error says
    xyz.com page isn’t working
 * xyz.com is currently unable to handle this request.

 * Are you having any issues with either the main site or xyz.com/site1? Are you
   able to create new pages or posts in the main site? Have you been actively using
   the two sites over the last 4-6 months?
 * Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one
   individually until you find the cause.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your
   version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can 
   interfere like plugins).

 * I”m actively using xyz.com & xyz.com/site1
 * Now that after 4-6 months i’m trying to add xyz.com/site2 it doesn’t work.
 * I’m trying to apply your feedback and confirm the same once I’m done with the
   same.

 * Thank you so much for the help
 * It worked. there are 2 plugins installed which are not allowing my multisite 
   to work. I’ve disabled them and have reported the developer about the issue.
