multisite and domains

    Hello

    I was looking at multisite to see if I could do the following, and how to do it.

    Basically I would like something along the lines like this

    WordPress.com/NYC/joe
    Wordpress.com/NYC/Sally
    Wordpress.com/LA/Frank
    Wordpress.com/Tokyo/AIKO

    Each person would have their own wordpress blog…. but would see the master page to be their geographic area, rather than wordpress.com.

    is this possible?
