 * I have a question about the best way to set up wordpress for multiple subfolder
sites using multisite and the plugins I could use.
 * a little background about where I am trying to go:
i am trying to set up an
e-commerce style website where i will upload products and put them into categories.
then those categories will only be visible to certain subfolders and customers
who are logged in to that site with a predetermined password.
 * so in the end all the products of “category: level 1” will be visible on the
sites and users of that particular site. “category: Level 2” would have different
sites and users that have access to those products.
 * I would like to be able to admin. the products catalog from one spot and any
changes would then be visible to any of the subsites or categories that product
is connected to. This way i only need to upload the products into the catalog
once and can then attach them to categories to show on the different subsites.
 * Example:
    main site: example.com Subsites: example.com/1, example.com/2, example.
   com/3 Categories: level 1, level 2, level 3, etc…. Products: 1, 2, 3, etc…
 * So in the end here is what i would like to see happen.
    upload and create a product
post in example.com, then have categories or tags of level 1, level 2, level
3, etc…. I would select the categories or tags that product goes to (say level
1 and level 3) and the product would ONLY show up on the subsites that have those
   categories or tags enabled.
 * The next product may go into level 2 and level 3 for example and would only show
on the subsites that have those enabled.
 * hopefully this makes sense =P
 * What are the best steps to get this accomplished?
 * Is a Multisite install the best way to do this, or is running a single install
   with some plugins better?
 * What plugins might work for this?
 * what is a good ecommerce plugin that can do this?
 * Thanks in advance for any help you can give. I really appreciate it.
