 * Hi –
 * I’ve got Buddypress Network Activated and multiblog enabled which means user 
   profile paths use the subsite not the main site.
 * Should BuddyPress Registration Options be Network Activated?
 * Do you anticipate problems with BP_ENABLE_MULTIBLOG?

 * In terms of the actual user toggling as pending, I don’t see any huge issues 
   here, since we rely on user meta.
 * The issues I potentially see is where the menu applies. In the current released
   version, it’s still hardcoded to be for the main site ID 1. It’s a detail intended
   to be changed in 4.3.0 but that isn’t quite ready for release yet.
