I mean, one site per each country? Can you please provide more details? You can translate the same site to different languages using something like **[TranslatePress](https://wordpress.org/plugins/translatepress-multilingual/)**. As for currency switching, the [WooCommerce Payments extension](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-payments/?quid=47da75e02ddb73f801fba97c26c5336a)( an alternative to Stripe) a[lready includes a currency conversion widget](https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-payments/currencies/) and even supports auto-switching with geolocation. If you prefer to stick with Stripe, [you can explore one of these extensions](https://woocommerce.com/search/?q=WooCommerce+Multi-Currency&collections=product&page=1).
