multisite does not work for version 3.9

I manually upgraded my wordpress multisite from 3.8.3 to 3.9. but after I upgraded, I cannot access individual site’s dashboard except the first site which is created before allowing multisite. Accessing any other individual site’s dashboard under Network dashboard will led to the first site dashboard. I use Sub-directories for my multisite.

All sites on my wordpress multisite works well before upgrading to version 3.9.

Who can help me to resolve this problem.
