 * For those who wanna use Bannerize in Multisite, Bannerize do not create the database
   for the additional network site.
 * So, just copy wp_wp_bannerize, to wp_2_bannerize to make it work on network website
   2.
 * I hope it will help. i Just passed 4h to look around on it !
