# Multisite Menu problem

 * I make a site with **abc.com** with two subsite **abc.com/xyz1** and **abc.com/
   xyz2** where they are domain mapped with** xyz1.com** and **xyz2.com** respectively.
 * Now, the problem is when I create the menus for these subsites. Either the _menu
   categories gets missed_** or _showed as (pending)_.**
 * Have I missed any pretty plugins or step. Please do advise me.

 * Each of the sites in subsites within a multisite install will have its own menus.
 * `the menu categories gets missed or showed as (pending)`
 * You’ll have to create categories within each subsite for them to show up. Have
   you done that?
