# Multisite network problems

 * Hi!
    I have had my [http://www.sukat.com](http://www.sukat.com) website running
   for many years and I just made wordpress site as an multisite. The child sites
   are made as sub-directories [http://www.sukat.com/subsite2](http://www.sukat.com/subsite2)
   and so on. When I try to change the sites URL [http://www.sukat.com/subsite2](http://www.sukat.com/subsite2)
   to [http://www.alusvaatteet.com](http://www.alusvaatteet.com) in the network 
   admin dashboard the sites dashboard stops working and throws me to the [http://www.alusvaatteet.com](http://www.alusvaatteet.com)
   page and gives me 404 error. I have made in cPanel the alias page for [http://www.alusvaatteet.com](http://www.alusvaatteet.com).
   Do I need some sort of an plugin that the changed page url would work?

 * I know tutorials are existing around the web to avoid any plugin, but I always
   use [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/)
   to map domain, and it works like a charm (despite the non updated plugin)

 * I found the reason why the multisite didn’t work properly. I had to deactivate
   WPS Hide Login plugin from network activation.

 * I’m from WPS Hide Login support.
 * I tried to get the same issue you reported (Multisite with sub-directories subsites,
   WPS Hide Login activated on the network).
 * Could you help me to get this issue and analyse it to fix it, please ?
 * Or, if it’s possible, can I analyse it on you multisite install with a custom
   access ?

 * Hi there,
 * I tried to find errors from woocommerce logs but I didn’t find any.
    The plugin
   works just fine when it is not activated on network. My wp hosting service (hostingpalvelu)
   told that the WPS Hide Login plugin causes these problems.
