# Multisite / Network: Registration Settings Error

 * I’m trying to configure the registration settings of my multisite network with“
   Logged in users may register new sites”; but when i do, there is no ability for
   visitors to register as a user/subscriber.
 * there are 4 options:
 * “Registration is disabled” – this wont work for me, because i want visitors to
   have the ability to register as a user/subscriber.
 * “User accounts may be registered” – this is not ideal, because i do want registered
   users/subscribers to have the ability to create a network/subsite, if they are
   logged in.
 * “Logged in users may register new sites” – i understand this to mean that a visitor
   would be able to register as a user/subcriber, and after that they would be able
   to register a network/subsite. if so, this appears to be what i need.
 * “Both sites and user accounts can be registered” – this option appears to allow
   simultaneous user/subscriber registration and network/subsite registration. this
   sounds like a suitable option. but the fact is, it is poorly implemented, in 
   my opinion; primarily because the registration form defaults to the “Gimme a 
   site” radio button. this might be problematic for my visitors who don’t/won’t/
   can’t read and consider the form carefully. and i could end up with a bunch of
   network/subsites nobody wants or needs.
 * am i understanding these options correctly?
    is there a solution?
