 * Hello We are using your plugin when i try to copy main site into sub site using
   ns cloner plugin . table wp_trustindex_google_reviews data not copied and my 
   copy session aboard why is that happen ? pls advise

 * Today, I tried with the latest version, v10.6, and encountered the same error.
   However, I managed to identify the issue. Some of our customer reviews are in
   Arabic, which was causing problems. If you check my screen, you’ll see that Arabic
   comments were being displayed as symbols. I temporarily disconnected the Trust
   Index before creating a sub-site. As a result, those problematic comments were
   removed from the ‘wp_trustindex_google_reviews’ table, and the system is now 
   working fine.
