# Multisite: Page error

 * When I click on “More Info” from data collection message box. I am getting page
   error. `Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.`
 * This is for Multisite.

   about the delayed response, is the issue happens anymore? can you just try to
   deactive then activate the plugin again to see if the issue gone? Thanks!

   the issue, thank you for reporting! was a router bug
