 * maybe i am overlooking something but havent had this problem before.
 * set up multi in a blog folder : example.com/blog/
 * added a second site : example.com/blog/webinar/
 * all works fine except on the main [http://programyourselfthin.com/blog/](http://programyourselfthin.com/blog/)
 * if you add www to anypost
 * [http://www.programyourselfthin.com/blog/lesson-65-a-new-perspective-on-bad-habits/](http://www.programyourselfthin.com/blog/lesson-65-a-new-perspective-on-bad-habits/)
 * redirects to [http://programyourselfthin.com/blog/](http://programyourselfthin.com/blog/)
 * use no www all works fine.
 * [http://programyourselfthin.com/blog/lesson-65-a-new-perspective-on-bad-habits/](http://programyourselfthin.com/blog/lesson-65-a-new-perspective-on-bad-habits/)
 * I have no problem in the second multisite created
 * [http://programyourselfthin.com/blog/webinar/](http://programyourselfthin.com/blog/webinar/)
 * [http://programyourselfthin.com/blog/webinar/my-test/](http://programyourselfthin.com/blog/webinar/my-test/)

 * can use www or no www and it redirects like it should to the same post.
 * any idea?

 * Try re-saving the permalinks for your main site.

 * I have resaved permalinks a few times.
 * it seems to be sincei have the isntall in a floder /blog/ and multiste creates
   that blog
 * slug all seems to work with

 * when I remove the blog slug from the permalinks the url works

 * but if www in front it redirects to

 * any thoughts? I have done the removing the blog slug under network admin for 
   the main blog.

 * I hand’t noticed you removed the blog slug, but yes, that would do it. It’s hard
   coded in right now (which is annoying, I know). You would want to refresh the
   permalinks via the database (someone else JUST asked about that) to force the
   flush without resetting /blog/ in there. Every time you refresh from the site’s
   permalinks page, it will re-add that slug.
