Multisite – separate accounts

When I “Switch connected accounts” it changes the connected account for all of my sites instead of the current site. Is there any way to make it so each site in a multi-site install can be connected to a different account? If not, is there a way to connect Constant Contact accounts so that the form on each site can select their respective newsletters list?
