 * Wondering if there is a tab where we can just change the settngs once (on a super
   admin dashboard), and it aplies to the entier MU?
 * Will clearing the cache on super admin dashboard help us clear the entire cache
   for the multisite?

 * That feature isn’t currently available. At this time when the Cache Enabler cache
   is cleared from the Network Admin only the primary website cache will be cleared.
